What do I include for my Corridor Design Commission Certificate of Appropriateness application?
For new construction, there are two public presentations and hearings.

For conceptual review, a preliminary site plan addressing impervious surfaces (access, parking, impervious surface ratio) and pervious surfaces (landscape, perimeter, islands, stormwater facitilites) and a front elevation or photographs of a proposed structure will be sufficient.

For final review, a site plan, landscape plan with lighting plan, and all elevations are required.
