Halloween falls on Thurs., October 31. Please carry a flashlight as you trick-or-treat in your neighborhoods. Trick-or-treaters should be accompanied by an adult. As usual, the Madison Police Department will be patrolling throughout the community, and ask that everyone try to have activities wrapped up by 8:00 p.m.
