Madison Downtown Development Authority Wins Statewide Award
While at the annual Georgia Downtown Association Conference, Madison's DDA, Parallel Housing, Inc, and WODA were honored with one of GDA's most prestigious awards: Downtown Excellence in Economic Development for Silver Lakes Court. This project also received, at the close of last year, Affordable Housing Finance Magazine's nationwide 2017 Rural Project of the Year Award.
