Functions
The Finance Office is responsible for:
- Ensuring adequate funds are available for the city's disbursements, including payroll and accounts payable
- Maintaining the city's general ledger
- Maintaining the city's investment programs
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Managing grant finances
- Managing Utility Billing
- Managing Account Receivable
- Coordinating and administering the City's annual operation budget
- Directing property tracking and fixed assets' operations
