Functions

The Finance Office is responsible for:

  • Ensuring adequate funds are available for the city's disbursements, including payroll and accounts payable
  • Maintaining the city's general ledger
  • Maintaining the city's investment programs
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Managing grant finances
  • Managing Utility Billing
  • Managing Account Receivable
  • Coordinating and administering the City's annual operation budget
  • Directing property tracking and fixed assets' operations
